Who are you and how did you find yourself at CASNET?

Hi, I’m Brad Bowers, president and majority owner of CASNET. In 1993, I formed this company by acquiring a microfilm service bureau in Northeastern Ohio and then purchasing four other operating companies, including CASNET, to form one of the leading document conversion and document management companies in Ohio. Prior to that I held finance and sales positions with Transamerica, Parr Industries and COMDOC. I hold a finance degree from Kent State University and learned much of what I know about leadership and management from groups like Vistage and Leadership Akron. I have also been fortunate to have mentors in my life to coach me along the way. I am married to Amy and have three children.

Who are you and how did you find yourself at CASNET?

Hi, Kelli Carr at your service!  I have been with CASNET since July 30, 2001.  I began my career here as the Sales Administrative Assistant to assist Brad Bowers and the sales team.

CASNET has a true team environment that allows us all to work together, respect different opinions, and are able to focus to make the best decisions for our partners and team.

What makes CASNET different?

Management provides the opportunity to allow employees to continuously grow and learn.  We have regular luncheon events as well as our annual summer picnic and our annual holiday party with our coworkers and families.

What is your role in the business?

I currently have two role’s, both of which I enjoy.   Customer Care Coordinator, where I collaborate with our current and new clients to support their projects.  Administrative Manager, where I provide support to our team, process any HR requests, staffing, payroll, 401K, benefits, etc.  My previous roles have included supporting the management team as Executive Assistant and interim Operations Manager, as we worked diligently to find the perfect candidate.

Why should you partner with CASNET?

If you want a partner not a vendor.  If you want to know each member of the team who will be working on your project from start to finish…..then that is why you want CASNET to be your partner!

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

I enjoy traveling, remodeling projects, and relaxation!
